About SarfinityHRMS (Human Resource Management System) allow enterprises to automate many aspects of human resource management; with the dual benefits of reducing the workload of the HR department as well as increasing the efficiency of the department by standardizing HR processes. The function of Human Resources departments is generally administrative and common to all organizations. Efficient and effective management of Human Capital has progressed to an increasingly imperative and complex process. The HR function consists of tracking existing employee data which traditionally includes personal histories, skills, capabilities, accomplishments and salary. To reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities, organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes by introducing specialized Human Resource Management Systems.

Our product HRMS automates human resource management. HRMS captures and keeps the personal data in a form that can be easily accessed and analyzed. It allows the use of that data to fulfill the various functions usually associated with a human resources department. The human resources management software typically will help administer and record personnel functions through the use of various software modules.

The scope of this product is to implement a computerised system that provides efficient and effective human resource management in an organisation. This product intends to focus on key areas of human resource management (HRMS) such as employee self service, manager self service, leave, reimbursement, online survey, performance appraisal, learning management, time and labor and onboard management.
By introducing HRMS, organizations can reduce turnaround time, reduce costs and increase productivity.

Operating Environment

HRMS is a web based application developed using pure .net technology, based on the .net 3.5 frame works (Using VS .net 2008) with c# as programming language for development and SQL Server 2005 as the backend processor.
